One of the most important things to remember when you’re on the go is to stay hydrated. A squeeze of honey in your bottle is an easy substitute for sports drinks.
Whether you are active or not, it’s important to start the day with a healthy breakfast. Honey can be spread on a bagel or toast, drizzled over hot cereal or fruit or added to a fruit smoothie.
Snack time is a great time to add an extra serving of fruit and vegetables to your diet. Try mixing together peanut butter and honey or honey and light cream cheese as a dip for fresh fruits or vegetables.

Honey Face Mask
This excellent facial mask recipe that uses honey will leave your skin feeling silky smooth and clean.
Items needed:

face cloth
warm water
honey
cold water

Procedure
1.   Place the cloth in warm water and apply it to your face to open the pores.
2.   Apply a thin layer of honey to your face and leave it on for 15 to 30 minutes.
3.   Rinse face off with warm water, then use cold water to close the pores. Use once a week for maintaining your beautiful skin.


Soothing Skin Clarifier (for minor acne flare-ups)
The next time you experience one of those annoying breakouts, try this skin clarifier to clear your skin of acne flare-ups fast.
Ingredients:

1/3 cup warm water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon honey
1 cotton ball
1 cotton swab

Procedure
1.   Mix together water and salt.
2.   Using a cotton ball, apply directly to blemish.
3.   Maintain pressure with cotton ball for several minutes to soften blemish.
4.   Using cotton swab, dab honey on blemish; leave on 10 minutes.
5.   Rinse and pat dry.
Skin Softening Bath
Add 1/4 cup honey to bath water for a fragrant,silky bath. (extracted from “Bright and Beautiful” by the National Honey Board)
